FOUNDING PARTNER
Cabot has over 40 years of real estate investment experience across the US, UK and Europe. Before co-founding Lodge Quai, he led corporate net lease businesses at two NYSE-listed firms, overseeing $5 billion in portfolio growth. He was previously President of W.P. Carey Limited, Founder of ARC Global Partners and EVP at iStar Financial, where he co-headed a $3.5 billion net lease financing business. Cabot holds a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
