London – 18 July 2022 – CRE's Real Estate Debt Fund LP (CREDF) is pleased to announce the repayment of a first mortgage acquisition finance facility to assist AKM, a specialist healthcare developer, to acquire land plots located in Northern Ireland to be developed into purpose built elderly care facilities.
