LQ Securitisation Sarl (LQSV), advised by Lodge Quai Advisors LLP (LQ), has provided a corporate facility of up to £35m to a leading specialised care provider in the UK.
The Borrower provides accommodation and services to children and adults with existing or acquired mental and/or physical disabilities. The Borrower operates +120 sites, +800 beds to users, +350 students, +150 local authority customers, and, 95% of all sites are rated "good" or "outstanding".
An experienced and industry-recognised management team has successfully guided the business through COVID and the UK cost-of-living crisis. The facility was fully underwritten.
